Ingredients:
bananas
2 cups flour
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanillin
3 tablespoons of cocoa
3 cups of milk
3 tablespoons of corn starch
3 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon vanillin
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup of sugar
80g chocolate
200 ml of whipped cream
1 cup of cold milk
Preparation:
- Beat eggs with sugar. Add milk, vegetable oil and vanilla. Beat. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C/350°F. Cool the cake. Gently cut the top of the cake with a knife, stepping back a few inches from the edges.
- Mix all the custard ingredients. Bring to thickening over low heat. After the cream has thickened, turn off the heat, add the butter and vanillin. Cool the cream.
- Cooking whipped cream in a bowl, beat a glass of milk with a bag of whipped cream. Mix with custard. Grind the chocolate.
