Honey Bourbon Steak Tips

  • ▢2 lbs. steak cut into bite-size pieces (sirloin, London broil, chuck roast, or stew beef)
  • ▢¼ cup bourbon
  • ▢¼ cup honey
  • ▢¼ cup brown sugar
  • ▢¼ cup ketchup
  • ▢¼ cup soy sauce lite
  • ▢2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ▢3 cloves garlic minced
  • ▢½ tsp black pepper
  • ▢2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ▢2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • ▢¼ cup water
  • ▢Parsley for garnish

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the steak bites quickly.  You just want to get a little color on the outside, we are not looking to cook the meat through. Add the steak to the slow cooker.
  • In a small bowl combine worcestershire sauce, honey, brown sugar, ketchup, lite soy sauce, bourbon, garlic, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar. Pour the sauce all over the steak bites.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the steak bites are fork tender. Serve!
