Ingredients
- ▢2 lbs. steak cut into bite-size pieces (sirloin, London broil, chuck roast, or stew beef)
- ▢¼ cup bourbon
- ▢¼ cup honey
- ▢¼ cup brown sugar
- ▢¼ cup ketchup
- ▢¼ cup soy sauce lite
- ▢2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ▢3 cloves garlic minced
- ▢½ tsp black pepper
- ▢2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ▢2 Tbsp cornstarch
- ▢¼ cup water
- ▢Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the steak bites quickly. You just want to get a little color on the outside, we are not looking to cook the meat through. Add the steak to the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl combine worcestershire sauce, honey, brown sugar, ketchup, lite soy sauce, bourbon, garlic, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar. Pour the sauce all over the steak bites.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the steak bites are fork tender. Serve!
